Just because a court agrees that the advertising of the freebies adds to the value of the softeware doesnt mean that that software company is responsible or for that matter the retailer for supporting that freeware. This is a classic case of people not wanting to be responsible for their own actions you buy it you dont do your homework or its something you thought it was and it isnt now you dont want to take resposibility for it. Everyone has to bend over to try to make up for your misunderstanding. No it doesnt state that it isnt a part of Ikarus but then where does it say that it is. Or is it just assumed that it is because there is mention of it on a website of a retailer. Sheesh can we assume anymore. You know what they say assumption is the mother of all _ _ _ _ ups. It appers we have one here.

First off Franky is not a customer, he is a distributor just like me. We are both on the same playing field, I'm not above him or below him.

The statement on aeroflypro.com is as follows "There are over 600 FREE downloads which are located on several websites around the net."

Geez Get a clue people. I'm not the sharpest Tool in the Shed but when I bought the product a month ago I knew that the free downloads was just a perk and the content of the downloads in not the responsibility of OMP, STLPILOT, IKARUS, and AFPD developers. I could put up some crappy scenery and airplanes and if they do not work who are you going to blame. Me and only me.

This thread is getting me mad. STLPilot must spend most of his time supporting fools like us on this forum. Thanks Dion.

i LIKE THE SIM

I KEEP the SIM

i LIKE THE CONVERTER

I LIKE THE download planes

i repeat again codepunk and all you guys and developpers do a good job.
i like the information on the site.many help me and TY.

not my fault if 5 of my custumers bring me back these AFPD sim because some raison
it s their choice and i respect their choice.
so dont blame ME......... you said i whant all now. i dont whant now. never said that.

i will have to whait ( like others)that developpers made realistic sceneries for AFPD( like the 3 original) . this only complain i said is about scenery. i have a right to give my point.

i never talk a bad word about AFPD NEVER if you read all. just advertising is confusing.on omp site. about downloads.not sure what whe where going to have after the purchase . and the adds tell whe can do scenery oh well i am tired me too to talk about all that.

the REST is COOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the planes are GREAT

Many free user made sceneries available.
Simple file format for creating your own sceneries and aircrafts. that s the add..... copy paste it.

so thats my last post on that

OMP/AeroFlyPro.com is just a distributor just like you are. This would be like me coming into your hobby shop and telling you that all your products are arraged the wrong way in your store. Although I don't mind the constructive criticism, I just want you to understand who I am and what I do.

I don't mean to confuse anyone on our website, but I have it clearly written that the free downloads are available at various websites around the Internet, not IPACS not Ikarus supports nor offers the free downloads.

Anyhow ... have fun with it.
