Hello,
I got a 65" Yak 54P Kit and I will power it with a YS 110 FZ,
and a 42" Boxxer Kit that I will power it with a YS 63 FZS
I ask: what are the best props you recommend for those beautiful combos?
Are the right engines for those palnes?
Ciao
Paolo

On my 65" Yak with a YS 110, I run an APC 17x4W.

I would say as westy did anywhere in the 16X4W to a 17x4W depending on throttle response 16x6 may work. Its never an exact science some times you need to bite the bullet and try a couple to make sure. As for the .63 I use a 13x4W and I am completely satisfied. Some people say a 14x4W works for them I didnt get the throttle response I was looking for where I may have gotten it from the 14x4 I chose the 13x4W. ITs a gental balance between dia and pitch for 3D some people rather have the dia vs the W in the prop. Hope this helps.

Do you think is right to use APC 12.25X3.75 on JS 63 and also on OS 46 AX ?
And more: is right to use APC 15X6 on OS 91 4T pump and GP Ucando ?
And on the YS 110 wich prop? 15X6 is not good?

To be honest I dont know what a JS is but at .63 it sounds like a 4 stroke. IF that is I think its a bit too small. As for the 46AX i used a 12x7 on my Super tiger 45 and a 11x6 depending, so In both respects I think its too small of a prop. The 15x6 on the .91 maybe a bit too big but its worth a try it may work out. I had a OS 91 and used a 14X6. For extra speed I would go to a 13X8. And a 15x6 is s bit too small for the the YS 110 a 15X8, 16x6 or for 3D a 16x4W

16x6 APC on my 65 Yak with YS 110. Perfect combination in my opinion.

Do not use a 12 1/4 x 3 3/4 prop on a YS 63. You will over rev and ruin your engine. I use the Masteraircrew 13 x 6 scimitar. I have used many different props and this one works the best for slow high alpha maneuvers. Check out my web site you will find videos of this setup doing the stuff. I like the 16 X 4 on my 65" yak with my ys 110.
