Ok hopefully this will work. I just thought it might be pretty cool to show your trucks here, just til the CEN website is able to host them. Here is my baby...hopefully.

One more with a hastily painted ill fitting body shell on it. New one will be ready for the CEN site though.

Suppose I better say something about it. Originally it was a rally with the Peugeot shell. After a while I decided to convert it to the st/mt style. It now is based around the JT Racing chassis and has a host of CEN factory upgrades. So far I have added the aluminum steering arm, aluminum brake seat, heavy duty gears and a front one-way dif. It has the aluminum shock upgrade and is running 30wt all round. The servos are Futaba S9402 for steering and a Futaba S3010 for throttle/ brake. It is sitting on CENs' own wheels and it runs on proline Dirtworks tyres. As you can see in the pics it has a Crazy Nut cooling head and a H.A.R.D. Shark pipe. It is the stock engine but I have an OS .15cvr knocking around if I fancy a change! Thats about it, hpoe you like it and maybe see some more peoples trucks etc.

I am a newbie and while I was waiting on my first shipment of parts, I worked on a new body. Hope you like it.

Hey, I have a question. How did you mount the fuel tank with the JT Chassis? I kept the old upper deck and used that but it looks like ****e.

i used a mst-1 tank and some long screws on my jt chassis

The fuel tank is mounted via the top deck pillars. They were not needed for the JT top brace so I just screwed the fuel tank onto them.

Both of them? But the CEN 75cc tank is too short to line up with the holes. Another thing, n your travels have you seen a larger tank that would fit? My MT2 has a .28 in it and it takes about 4-5min to empty the tank. I'm about to start looking for a larger tank, though I was interested to know if anyone knows of a larger tank. Rgds Anthony

All, I am using a 125 cc Ofna too on standrd chasis, just cut the upper deck to fit the fuel tank. Now I can run almost 12 minutes per tank.

Love the trucks. Cant wait to see the CEN site with everyones truck on there. Censpares, don't know if I got a later version of the JT chassis, but I have two options of where to mount the fuel tank. One is for the stock tank and the other has a hole drilled further back for an extended tank. I mounted the fuel tank to two of the pillars from the original CEN chassis. Looking good Taylormade, that stadium body is way nicer than the one on mine.

just a note - my jt chassis, i was told by jt racing, is an earlier version, its 7mm longer than standard. if i remember right, the later versions were 1/2" or 13mm longer. hope that helps.

I was so worried about a clean glue job I reversed some of my treads. Doh! I think my only option is to buy another set so Ill have two sets of correct treading. The body Im using is incredibly strong even with the holes cut everywhere. My factory mt2 body feels like a sheet of paper in comparison. It also fits way better. I had to dremel the front wheel wells on the old body just to get the body down where I wanted it. Plus it has recesses for larger shock set ups like 1/8 scale buggy shocks witth modified shock towers if I ever go there. There is a monster truck guru at my lhs who I have had the misfortune of missing ever time I go. I found the body sitting on a shelf. As soon as I can get in the same room as the guru Ill have more body info, hopefully. I paid $20. Sweeeet!

Here are pics of my MT2 with the latest mods. Added is a RPM receiver box, Ofna 90cc, wheel bearing and drive shaft mods, racing tank, rear Cen batt box, Ofna wide offset rims w/ HPI tires, shock towers brace, switch removed, Duratrax .18 engine, Ofna racing pipe, MIP temp gage, poly skid plate, 4 Ofna 1/8 scale front shocks w/4mm atch, throttle return spring, chassis mounted steering servo and modified top chassis plate. Later I plan on adding Cen's Aluminum trans mount and steering link as well as stronger servos.

nice work digout, thats all very tidy in there. i do like the tank and rx setup, thats the best way of doing it i have seen yet. i may well be pinching that idea for my other chassis... sorry... is it just an ofna racing tank? and do u have a link to one online?

poor judgement The tank is Ofna #17067 (actually~90cc) , rpm receiver box #80052, the F/R Ofna 1/8 shocks are from the monster pirate fronts #18933. They all can be found on the Tower Hobbies website. The low profile tank and small receiver box allows any type of engine to fit from .12 to .28 with ease of lingage hook-up using either rotary or slide carbs, rear/side exhausts and w/wo pull start! The Cen big block mounts work pretty well in mounting of the larger engines. Attached is a picture of the ofna pirate cvas I am looking at to see what it takes to possibly fit the MT2.

digout. wow! Incredible amount of time and craftsmanship involved there. Do you race or bash? Thanks for the part #s. That answers some questions for me.
