Hi all.

I was thinking of replacing my badly beaten mini dragonfly airframe with a honey bee ccpm airframe, because it's about the same price, and can supposedly do more acrobatics (I'm looking to use it for indoor flight). Anyway, the equipment I'm using for the dragonfly at the moment is a "blue arrow" 5 channel feather rx and a GWS PHA01 dual-esc/mixer/gyro. Technically 5 channels should be enough (the pha01 doesn't use remote gain) but the Eclipse 7 Tx I'm using uses channels 1,2 and 6 for the CCPM channels. Does anyone know if it's possible to use a programmable mix, or something, to make it mirror channel 6 onto channel 5?

I guess a 6 channel Rx is cheap enough, but it's frustrating because the 5 channel is technically enough for the job.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

The only rx that is five channel but you can change the fifth channel to a channel six is a Berg 5 because that is what I use for my Trex but the Burg is not a cheap RX and would cost around $50.00 to$60.00 dollars depending on where you buy it.

I don't think there are enough P Mixes to do it. Pitch moves all 3 servos so you need 2 P Mixes, either Aileron or Elevator will move all 3 and then other 2 so you'll need 3 more P mixes for a total of 5 :<

You could use a ycable on the pitch and throttle and only use four channels but that would be nasty!.

No you cannot, pitch is controlled by 3 servos and mixed with cyclic movement. It's CCPM.
