I have an "Old School" pattern plane with a new OS .61FX that I plan on test flying on Sunday. I have ran three tanks of fuel through the engine and was wondering if It would do any damage if I went ahead a put the pipe on and just not run it wide open until its broke-in or run it with the stock muffler intil its broke-in? It just looks to cool with the pipe and I hate to switch it back

I'd break it in the way your going to fly it. I've got two OS1.40s, one was broken in on a pipe, the other on bolly muffler. Now I switch them back and forth without issue.
