This topic may have already been beat to death but I have had my first success getting a new 91Z to run by using Cool Power 20% Heli and would like to know what others are using? I have heard Pro Pattern is good also. How about a higher nitro % ? does the nitro matter as long as I have at least 20% lube?

In my ys 91fz and 110fz engines i have always used power master ys 20/20. one of my friends uses wildcat ys20/20 all with good results. cool power pro pattern will also work very well as that has the correct amount of oil needed. ys engines always respond well to more nitro so yes 20,25 and even 30 percent nitro will work fine.

The best I've found is WildCat ProMix 20% nitro with 18% lube that is 95% synthetic and 5% castor. It burns clean and has excellent compression when hand flipping.

power master YS 20/20 or 30% heli for that extra boost of power. All I run are ys's and those are the only 2 fuels I ever buy. So far not an issue. Been flying for 12 yrs.

Thanks for the input guys, some of the brands you mention are not available in the hobby shops in my area, I am satisfied with the Cool Power 20% heli for the FZ91 but it doesn't work in the 140L. I tried 25% pro-pattern in the 140 and it was a lot better, apparently the increase in nitro helped, however pro-pattern has a high viscosity lube and my manual for the 140L calls for Low Viscosity! Cool Power lists 2 kinds of 30% heli, one is high viscosity and the other is low, has anyone tried these? Also trying to find out about the lube in Magna heli fuel and cannot find their web site, anyone know?
