I'm looking for recommendations for a gyro to be used on the rudder channel for fixed-wing -- won't need to also have heli use. Preferably, the gyro would offer adjustable gain (in-flight), and also make the channel act as though expo is being used without a change in the gain (ability to over-ride the gyro with control throw). Would also need Futaba compatability. I've seen the Futaba offerings from Tower, and a couple look promising.

Should I be examinging any other options, or are the Futaba offerings about as good as I'll likely find?

Thanks!

What you want is the GY350 or 351, depending is there are 1 or 2 rudder servo's. I have the 351 and it works great.

Evan,

Initially I'll be using the gyro in a single-servo plane. Does the 351 REQUIRE 2 servos, or can it be used in either a single or dual rudder servo setting? It would be nice if it could be used in either setting (thinking for the future and different planes).

Thanks.

I would think it would work. I haven't tried it that way yet.
