just follow the part numbers on:

http://www.traxxas.com/support/kb_search.php?action=artikel&cat=143&id=592

Also the dish wheels listed on that page

You can use the springs on the front or rear. The only difference between the shocks front and rear are the piston and spring.

Are there any wheel adapters to fit HPI rims on my Jato. HPI has a lot of good looking rims but they have a 12mm hex in them. I can modify the adapters that come with them to fit onto the back of my Jato by drilling them out to 5mm and widening the drive pin slot with a dremel cut off wheel. I also needed to replace the button head screw in the rear control arm with a set screw so it wouldn't contact the rim. Its the front ones that are the problem since the Jato has bearing type rims.

The bearings in the wheels is a better design than the hex in the wheels. The spindle/bearing setup has a lower rolling resistance and a stronger setup than the hex design.

Does anybody know of a good wing mount for the Jato? I have seen the New Era one but I dont really want to spend $20 on a mount for it. Anyone make there own? Please post some pictures if you did.

I am fixing to purchase a Jato 3.3. But I know that the tires that come with it are street tires and suck off-road. I cant afford some Moabs (the tires I'm going to get when I have ? the money) right now, so can the T-maxx 2.5 stock tires and rims fit on the Jato? If they don't, then I'm going to have to rough it out for a month until I can get some Moabs.

The tmaxx uses 3.2" tires and jato rims are only 2.8" or 2.2" and if you use tmaxx rims the hexs might be diff sizes and the jato uses bearings in the front while i belive the tmaxx uses 4 hexs. So just tough it out a month and only drive on road.

Thought I would chime in to say hi. I have just today gotten a Jato 3.3.. A buddy of mine has one and after driving it I had to have one.. Traded one of my monster trucks for it and 2 bags of parts, two extra sets of wheels and tires. It has some alum. upgrades. This thing is a blast!!!!
