For example, on elevator, using dual rates, on one rate can I have an Rate of 50% and 20% expo and on the second rate have a Rate of 75% and 30% expo using the same Dual rate circuit?

Absolutely, you can reassign any of the switches, trim tabs or sliders. Well almost, I think, maybe...

Go to the:

Model Menu

select FNC [function]

Within this screen you can reassign switches..

What are you going to do for rudder trim?:

What you do is you use the conditions that you have built into the radio. What you do is set your dual rate and expo in the default condition and you copy that condition to another slot and modify the new condition to what settings you want. The 9Z is a very versatile and easy to use radio.

Forgive me, but unless i am seriously misunderstanding the question, there is no need for conditions or anything complex.

AFR is what the 9Z calls its high rates. adjust your desired high rates and expo here.

DR is what the 9Z calls its lowr ates. set up your desired lower rate here and assign as needed.

The original question poised has been changed. Initially a question was pondered about relocating the elevator trim slider and something else, I don't recall what it was.
