For all you "Super T" and "Smoke" wannabee's, check out this great new flight box that A.J. Seaholm has assembled. He took actual measurements off Travis's flight box, set up a nice cad drawing, and sent out for laser cutting with 1/4" high quality aircraft ply. All tab and lock construction that can be put together quick. A little sanding and painting and your all set.

Looks great, can't wait to get mine.

Heres a link of pictures.

I think he is taking names for another kit run, if interested, contact him.

Cool! I want one! I was looking for one just like that for a while, but can't find any.
What does it cost, Dave?

Edited update to spelling error.

You'll have to verify with A.J. , but I believe they will be around $40 + shipping.

I knew I should've patented that box design when I had the chance... Looks good A.J.!

Thanks Gary. You west coast guys shouldn’t get all the cool stuff. Tell you what, you can come hang out on the yacht I plan to buy with the earnings. You’ll have to join me in Wonderland though; you can sit next to Alice.

If you’re the designer, you did a fine job. I figure if you won’t loosen up and let me win on the last lap in my first ever heat of Q40, then I’ll just have to paint up a cooler looking box. Yeah, that will teach ya...

In all seriousness, Norman and I wanted one after seeing yours, RB’s, and Travis’ in Phoenix. No one had drawings or sold one, RB offered to trace his and send templates. SuperT and Smoke ended up sending me dimensions and I decided to have them laser cut rather trying to cut them by hand on my scroll saw.

If people want one great, if not, that’s cool. I’m still going to enjoy the heck out of mine.

Here’s one I finished up today for a guy in CA who’s helped me a ton over the years. It’s a surprise so I won’t mention names, but I will say he’s faster the most of us half his age and is a HUGE contributor to pylon.

AJ,

Send me a personal email to ssan23@juno.com and let me know what it cost completed/assembled.

Thanks,

That stained box turned out great A.J.

Maybe I will do mine like that, I like it.

Gotta hurry to get it ready for Fort Lauderdale.

Yeah AJ.......You know it cant be a real Super T box unless you get his logo and signature burned in!!! As soon as you get that put me down as the west coast distributor. Nice Job bud. How in the heck did you get your wife to work on airplane stuff? The only way it would work with mine is if I told her that the procedes were gonna buy her a new pair of shoes.

Get the patented Logo and signature from the Super T
Get it burned in on the next batch
Put me and Mongo down for two each.......we always need two of anything that has Super T's name on it. We have two hats each, one to fly with..........and the other is a Dinner hat!

Later,
Presta

Presta,

Give me a call today if you would. 816-686-4808 We need to negotiate copyright agreements and determine the royalty payment structure for SuperT.

Actually, I want to figure out where to put the logo and if you have a different file format. The first part sounded a lot cooler though...

My box showed up yesterday. In about 5 minutes I got it put together, now I just gotta glue it. I think it took more time to get it out of the impenerable box and wrap that it came in. I think I could pack a couple Q40's in the amount of bubble wrap that was around the parts

Everything fit good, no reason thin CA won't hold this thing together.

Nice product A.J.
