Hey, looking at a Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS USM, now, this thing is big bucks, but want to know if any of you have used one, and what you thought. Is the IS worth the money? All I have right now is a sigma and canon 70-300 4-5.6

D O is diffractive optics combines the benefits of fluoride elements and aspheric
which makes for a very compact lens with high quality.
It also has the new IS system which can be switched for panning and blurs the background vertically
or the normal vertical and horizontal stabilisation.
The image stabilizer gives an effect the equivelant to up to a three stop faster shutter speed.
max. diameter and length 3.2x3.9 inches
