What AI pilot is that? Is that the size "C"? I have the D size in my 260. Very sharp looking!

That's a nice looking plane Ken.

I tell ya... the more I see the WH Ultimate, the more I'm thinking of selling the WM Ultimate I purchased recently. I got a really good deal on the WM one, but the WH is just too dang nice! I want to start building soon so I need to make a final decision.

I can't wait to see the maiden video. Good flying.

Glad to hear your almost finished Ken, I'm just about done myself.... Have to program the top wing servos and add on the other wheel pant. Hopefully I will have a chance to fly it Thursday or Friday.
I have a digital video cam at my disposal but I need to purchase a firewire card.

I might just get it in the air tomorrow. I'll be taking the cameras and take a bit of Video. However I am no 3D expert so there will not be allot of that type flying in the video.

All I got left is sealing the hinge gaps and installing the logos.

Thanks for all the Kudos.

Below you can see where I installed my radio/battery tray. With these installed here and the DA 50 up front it balanced on the recommended 6 1/2"

I don't know about you guys but I just think that radio mounting method is the coolest thing. You can set it all up on the bench and then just put it in, makes a truly neat installation.

It's true, I run dual batts that sit side by side to the reciever. All strapped down with red velcro strips. when I needed to center a servo or adjust endpoints while building I just pulled the tray up, Plugged in the servo, the batts and wala.

The radio tray is cool and I've already printed the pics which I have done allot in this thread. It's been really informative and will definitely help me when I get started on mine.

Thanks Ken and everyone else for all the great posts. It's gonna be easy for me

I took it out today. It was VERY overcast but not bad otherwise. The pictures are ok but I would prefer better.

Ahh, but it's atough bird I only bent the gear a little and knocked my main battery loose. All is fixed and waiting for another day.

I do have some issues I need to resolve. Hopfully Tom or anyone can give me some guidence. Since this is my first big Bipe maybe I did something wrong.

1. I have allot of right trim in the ailerons. I mean ALLOT 3/4" or there abouts. Any ideas on why?
2. Landings are FAST. I need to figure out a better way to slow it down. I didn't get enough time to do a stall check to see just how slow I can get it.

Good comment is that this is one TOUGH plane. which is good I flipped it on it's back and it was no worse for it.
