i ran my .10 with 2 7x6 props on but im not sure if it put out more thrust or not

the rpms did go down(just by hearing it...no tach)

would this boost proformance or just ware the engine out faster?

any one did this??

It would be a lot better just to get a four bladed prop. As a rule of thumb, take one inch off for each extra blade.
Ex.- 10 x 6 2 blade
go to 9 x 6 3 blade and 8 x 6 four blade.

Increasing the number of props decreases its efficiency. The most efficient props are one bladed followed by the more common 2 blade props we use. Multiblade props are normally used to obtain ground/fuse clearances, not extra power.

Stacking props will decrease the second props ability to produce thrust. There are not many aircraft that have stacked props, but when they do, they counter-rotate. Check out the Topolev Bear Bomber.
