I'm betting the new JetCat FOD screen actually helps to minimize the "droop"?

McMaster has the O-ring size but only in a 75A durometer, not 90.

I tried the 75A durometer before I found a source for the 90. (I had to buy 100 )
The 75A lasted about 6 starts. You need the 90s.

thread is ancient but has good pics of the o-ring description and cavity you need to dig out for replacement.
One difference I find is the bell housing bolts look like hex/allen but after trying every size I found the new ones are actually torx t10.
Similar to the bolt holding the EGT thermocouple on the back of the engine.
may save someone looking at this some headache next time.

The 6mm X 3mm 90 durometer O-rings are available from Rocket Seals as P/N 6mmX3mmB9 at $0.22 each, minimum quantity is 100. It is not a stock item so you have to call and there is a 7-10 day lead time.

They are also available from Motion Industries for $0.64 each in quantities of 100. Just order by description.

You can call most O-Ring suppliers and tell them what you need and they will get it for you.

The biggest problem i had changing the 'O' ring was trying to stop the bendix from rotating while picking the old ring out. I wrapped masking tape sticky side out onto my thumb and index finger to try and hold it. Anyone have a better method ?
