yeah since im gonna buy heli there i got confused and decided to ask you here if that would help

cauz there is no other place where I can find my heli

I am in Sweden so do they accept me buying??

They are a bit expensive....

are they in business to make money ? ... it seems not

Status: offline 		i emailed them about a sim they had for sale last week, and still no reply.

i bought a set of shogun tail blades and a spindle shaft from them. they said theyd ship em to me, 7-14 days. should be in this week or early next week. i dont like the way they ship tho. its $4us for 7-14 days and $13us for 3-5 days. i like helidirect.com much better. great service and fast shipping. got my gears in 4 days for $4us. to bad they dont stock shogun parts

Status: offline 		I still haven't heard from Helihobby, and I read numerous bad posts about them since posting that on different RC groups.

I for one will NOT be sending my money to them, if they can't even answer an email it's pretty bad / sad stuff.

Go elsewhere for your heli stuff.

Status: offline 		They only answer E-mails once a week and the back log of e-mail keeps from getting a swift answer if you have questions and need answers call them they answer their phones all the time.I have purchased over $2500.00 of merchandise from them this year and have not had a problem,I call them and place the order and it ships out that same day and I have it in three days every time.Every one is quick to condemn but hardly ever try to find out what is up!!!!

Status: offline 		Do not order from Helihobby if you like your money. My wife ordered me their most expensive wireless camera/transmitter/receiver kit. works fine up to 35' but what good will that do. I tried to reach them for a week and finally when I did they reminded me they only take returns received by them for 2 weeks after shipping. They also want a restocking fee of up to $80. They will let me know exact after they receive camera back. Camera was not the one listed in manual that came with it and some cables pictured on web site did not come. They suppose were on backorder but they did not tell me that till I tried to return item.

They just **** me of 500 $ (yes FIVE HUNDRED !!)
No answer to the mails, items missing...., no way to open a dispute on paypal as they seem to perfectly know very well how to rub you.....

It take about 2 weeks of dayly mails ot obtain that.
I think they just are a bit deorganize
Maybe it will be better in the future.
I will try agian in a few month.
