I'm flying mine at the rear recommended CG. I think it's perfect there.

Is the stock fuel tank suitable for gasoline with a stopper conversion?

I don't see why not as long as you use the gas stopper. I didn't use the stock tank because I made a custom tank tray to get the tank closer to the CG.

Hi,

Does anyone have a spare canopy for the extra 330? I dropped mine today, and it shattered like a piece of glass. CGP is out of stock, and so is tower. I may be screwed if I can't find a replacement. Can anyone out there help me out?

Thanks,

Chris

Anyone need another Extra 300 RTF with gas Brillelli 46? I have decided to give mine up and return to electric.

It is a great flying plane!

Well i've been flying my goldberg for about 2 months now and loving this plane. This was my first gaser and i dont think i'll ever buy another glow motor agian. Its a real crowd pleazer at fly ins. Mainly because the brillelli 50 is turning a bolly 22 8 at 7600 rpm on the ground and yall know how loud bolly cf props are. Its making the supper sonic noise and people seem to love the sound of the bolly riping through the air. Any way here is some pics of the finished project.

thanks bugeboy for the coment, Iceman, I called true turn and got a 3 1/2" p 51 alum spinner and then paid extra to have it cut for the bolly 22 8 prop. Turned out real nice and only ended up paying $65. As for monting you dont need any thing else because scott drills and taps the prop bolt to 10-32 so you dont have to get any kind of adaptor or any thing. Here is a link to the size and style prop i used. But i would have them cut the spinner to match what ever kind of prop u will be using, it just makes it look a lot better when they cut it. If you havent decided on a prop yet i would definatly go with a bolly cf 22 8, it pulls twice as hard than the 22 8 pro zinger that i tryed before i went to bolly. (if you dont mind the loud prop noise)

Can you do 3D with the Brillelli? Sounds like an awsome combo. Nice photos!
