The one with the chrome wheels looks like it has Dirt Works tires and they work real well on pavment..............about the only dirt tire that will last a while on pavement. Wear them out first before you get some more..............or should I say thats what I would do.

You got one heck of a deal there Robert for 80 bucks

Only aluminum you need on a X-c is the rear hubs

the only alluminum on it is the bulkhead, caster blocks, and rear hubs. all the items I kept bustin while I was out bashin' lol

was thinking about getting the brace supports and servo mounts but that is for looks only...

also was wondering about the fuel filter. should I add one on my basher, I mainly bash it in the dirt alot of loose dirt

I was planning on getting the assocoated rims like the xtm stocks but in black for the new tires, whatever I put on there.. those tires (not sure what they are) but they are great on the street.

something like these rims http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/376803.asp

unless anyone knows a cool looking set of black rims that will fit the X-c

another question .. about the springs what size are they ?

I am looking to get some yellow colored springs for my basher..

and need to know the size so I can look on ebay for a set .. I found some HPI's and they are 15 coil shock springs - 13x70x1.1mm is that the right size ?

Springs can be a bit of a challenge...........I have changed the color of springs by cleaning them with good laquer thinner and some Krylon Hi temp paint rather than try to make another spring work. I have changed out dozens of springs on different models and always wind up back at the ones made for that model...........almost every model has multipal upgrade springs

Man what a day, a neighborhood kid rode his bike over 1 of my XTM's today smashed the whole front end..

and messed a bunch of stuff up.

what I need to know if what are the factory setting for the motor... I had this thing dialed in. and now its running like poop.

also when I set it back to factory setting what is the optimal setting for it to get the best performance out of it..

Thats what you get for living in Riverside.........lol........out here in the sticks they don't know how to ride bikes (not really) Hey your settings on the HSN should be close to 2 1/2 turns out from snug and the LSN should be close to flush with the collar......it can differ from 1 to 2 turns either way good luck and stop for the pedestrians

About 4 1/4 inches tall is about the most you should go...........any taller it takes away from the preformance of the truck smaller will just make it hit its top speed real quick

These TIRES will all work but the taller ones are real hard on the truck
