Hi John !

I'd like to know if this overall setup is good for your 35 % Yak 54

Hitec 5945 all around....1 per elevators half...2 per wing....2 for the rudder..
DA 100 with cans...
Fromeco batts...

Julien

Hello,

Thats a typical setup for most 35% Planes. If your going to do alot of 3D I would up the servos to a larger torque. Other than that your choice is a good one.

Thanks

John

Hello,

I don't recommend brands specifically. But I like to use digitals with 120oz plus Torque or more if available in a standard size servo size. The choice is yours and use what you like and have had success with.

Thanks

John

Thx John !

THe specs of the 5945 MG are 180 oz of torque at 6 volts...Should be enought ?? Mayb should go bigger on the rudder such as the 8611 ?!?!

Any Hardware include with the 35 % Yak kit such as hinges or whatever ?!?!

Thx Julien

Hello,

Yes most of what you need comes with the plane. Fuel tank, wheels, axles and pull pull rudder items you need to purchase. All other items are included. Plane, tailwheel assy, hinges, carbon pushrod, clevesis, control horns, screws etc.

Thanks

John

John,
I'm interested in your 35% Yak 54. What is the wait time if I were to order one today? Will the kit arrive to me with the cowl & canopy?I haven't seen any pics of a finished plane. Do you have any? I'm looking for comments from those flying the plane.
Thanks,
John

Hello,

Were catching up on kit orders through this month. August 10th is the 4th 35% Kit run. We can get you on that and yes it will have all items included. Were getting in product for the kits more since we hired an inhouse fiberglass person to run cowls. Email our company email if we can serv you with this.

Thanks
John

I would like to build one of these planes. How hard is it to cut out the control surfaces? What's the best method?

Hello,

Very easy either with a straight and a knife or better if you have a bandsaw. Take your time either way and it will be easy.

Thanks

John

Hi John !

I'd like to know if these pipes fits in the Yak...

http://www.rcshowcase.com/html/accessories/AMT.html

By the way..do they act such a canister pipe so they decrease the sound or do they increase the sound ?!

Do you have any suggestion for a DA 100...I'd like to have a "canister" with the pipes in the fuse and not in the cowl..

Thx
