    Status: offline     		What battery and charger would you recomend for this Heli? what would the max size weight and voltage be? I have found a bunch of batteries at http://www.helihobby.com/html/batteries.html but I have yet to recieve the Heli I bought the base model to learn on.

    Status: offline     		i have a tp 1320 mah 11.1v lipo and a celectra charger (e flite) works good for what i use it for. i may recommend a higher amperage battery, around 1500-2000 mah for longer flites

    Status: offline     		I unlocked the 8th dip switch and turn the PLT and PZT knobs, but still having a problem. What are the settings for the other dip switches on the back of the transmitter.

    Status: offline     		I had some trouble getting the heli to hover at first.

    First of all make sure you use a good charger to charge the batteries, mine worked heaps better when I stopped using the crap charger it comes with.

    Then I adjusted the linkages to get a bit more pitch. I've found that the best way to adjust the pitch is to adjust where the collective servo attaches to the collective pitch rod (the one that goes through the main shaft). If you loosen the screw you can slide it up or down then tighten it back up again.

I am a newbie..just got my walkera # 36 with brushless motor....there are two battery connectors in this unit...one is for the receiver and one is for the speed controller....do I need another power supply for the receiver .. I noticed it still working although the battery connects only on the speed controller ......? tnx.....

    You plug the battery into the Brushless ESC, It will provide power to the reciever. The other battery connector coming out of the reciever is for when you use a brushed motor, as the brushed motor uses the recievers built in ESC.

    Status: offline     		I just got my Walkera 36 and it is Sunday ! anyhow does any one know which of the 2 chargers provided with the brushless package is the one for the Li-poly? One of the chargers says Li-Ion on it.. the other one has no labels.
    Also in my box there were crumbs of what looks like some type of food which i thought it was pretty gross did any one else get anything funky in the package? are these guys eating while packing the helis? LOL ...

    Status: offline     		If I were you I'd buy a quality charger for your LiPo's, like the Duratrax Ice, Triton charger, or something similar.

    Didn't get any suprises with my #36.
