Wow Chopchop, sounds like they really got your goat.

    Are they serial pests??

Of course.. it also brings up the whole "kids these days have no respect" kinda deal. The least they could do is show a little interest in what you're doing.

Not sure how big your RX is but I had an easy time mounting the Telebee to my Berg RX. Try to mount the gyro under the boom block. It'll be safer and closer to the axis there.

On a side note. The truth is more like "Parents these days!" Nearly no structure or discipline to speak of. If a kid cant count on there own parents for guidance why the hell would they have any respect for adults?

Heheheheh mate! That is SO TRUE! I dunno about over there but here you can't even hit your kids when they are being obscenely vulgar!!

Then theres the decay of decent society and those whinging whiney me me me Generation Y'ers and generation ME ME ME.

Some kids just deserve a sound flogging.

Anyway! Thanks for that Rollin, I have that new Spektrum AR6200 that comes with the DX6i which is tiny.

It is not just kids. I will damage some of their property and see if they stay calm. What are the bets they will not ?
This garbage has been going for four years. Naw, I won't pee in their pool etc., I have always has everyone's trust. Everyone seems genetically linked here and I'm the black sheep of the family. Because I'm Such a distant breed like 1000'th cousin or something.
Seriously, it must be something to do with my new flying ability. The similar stuff started when I got a 450SA.
The semi 3D with my CP2-BT seems to have triggered it this time. I seem to have gotten some resistance from all sides since I de-evolutionized down to it. The 36 is old faithful and I just don't have much to write about it.

Last theory, they haven't seen me out there with a cigarette for a month and may be trying to upset me and make me smoke again. I will not this time, not after seeing those throat cancer photos and surgery videos. It's SERIOUS to quit smoking. We can't see the reality of it.

I just checked my tally on the 2nd DF36, and I have 620 flights on the cheap piece of junk that seems to keep on flying. Cheap junk as some say ? I wore out 2 and working on my 3rd main gear, plus some head links and balls, most have been converted to Align Stainless steel balls/links long ago. It's the main blade grip to mixing arm link that wore out a few flights ago. I got 620 flights out of that link set.
I previously wore out the pitch rod blocks in 60 flights or so, but since polishing the shaft slot, I have 500 or so flights on this one. Oh, and I did find and replace a worn set of tail shaft bearings about a week ago.

    NO COMPLAINTS !

    Hi Chopchop

When you say 'pitch rod blocks' and polishing the shaft slot, can you show me which part you are referring to?

    Cheers

It's the slot near the top of the main shaft under that slider block, called the washout base. I'll get details later if you can't find it. You should keep the gyro on the side opposite to blade rotation, they can fold on an impact and whack the gyro. Back a few pages I show the location.

Things don't seem so bad now, I was switching from 21 to 14mg patches and the lower nicotine sneaked up on me and made me sort of sensitive.
I am in one of the worst places in the world to quit smoking. Tobacco central, Kentucky. Really cute and giggly to get your throat stuff cut out.

    Hi Guys,
I'm back after crashing both the 36 and the computer! Actually the computer is fine it was my internet provider that crashed.
After the last crash my 36 is actually better! I must have unbent the main shaft a little as it's smoother now.

    WOW!

Funny, you have a bent main shaft and that plastic rotor T that wobbles. Try them together, and rotate the T 180* and maybe the wobblers will cancel.
