Status: offline 		I just purchased an RCV 90SP a little while ago and have one question about this engine I am hoping someone can answer.I have it installed in an Hanger 9 ARF P-40E Warhawk.I am running a APC 18 x 12 prop and using Omega 10% nitro fuel which I believe has an 18% oil content.So far the engine is running really great but I have noticed one thing about it.Any other four stroke engine I have seen run has alot of smoke from the exhaust.My RCV 90SP does not seem to put out as much exhaust smoke.To be honest alot less than the normal four strokes.Is this normal?
I have been tuning the high speed needle valve until the engine peaks then backing off a few hundred RPM as the instructions say so I am sure I am not running lean.Besides the lack of exhaust smoke the engine preforms great for the entire 15 minute flight.So far it has about 1 1/2 gallons of fuel through it.

I am pleased to hear your engine is running well. Don't worry about the lack of smoke, this is normal for our engines. The only time they would smoke is if they were being run too rich.
