Out of the box the U-Can-Do's landing gear section comes very strong. Like I said, the landing gear will most likely come off with a hard landing only. The way the U-Can-Do floats in on landing makes it almost impossible to have a hard landing, though. On the end of the fuse where the tailwheel connects, there is a very strong balsa block that makes it so you don't rip the rudder off in case the gear does come off, also, which is very nice. The UCD is also very stable for pattern flying, (that is what I mainly do with it), although with wind, it will get a little bouncy due to its wide wing. Also, you could probably get a U-Can-Do with a .91 4-stroke for around $350 at the most. Trust me, when you get a 4-stroke you will never go back to 2-stroke. I was very happy with the way the UCD is built, and how it came out of the box -- almost no wrinkles! I also liked the ease of assembly and the "paint scheme." Hope this helps you determine your next plane, Garret H
