Why the fascination with 3 and 4 blades ? Can you really see them when they're spinnin' ? I understand a scale static prop is a pain to put on and off, I myself don't care as long as the plane performs and I get the most out of the engine. I have a friend who is into the multiblade thing and has not been able to give a real good reason why he wants to use them. I'm not being a smarty, just curious..... I do want to build one of the Toni Clark 1/3 Tiger Moths with the reduction, now you spin a scale prop (2 blade) at a more scale RPM, 500 at idle. Don't need speed with the tiger though..... Hope that no one is getting upset talking this thread around the bend but hey,the plane's not available yet so might as well chat eh? Are you flying at the field across the train tracks ? I was out there with a previous UAV company for testing and stopped by, nice field and runway. S1
