I guess I'll see how good this warranty is because I crashed the Ultrafly this morning. I smashed and broke just about everything except the tail group! My only problem is how do I get those pieces out of the fuselage without destroying them! I hope that they will replace these also because they will be hard to remove. The intructions tell you to put it together with foam safe superglue and that's what I did. Any ideas guys? Has anyone ever used this warranty? By the way, it was the Outrage that I broke.

****************** Ultrafly's "No Worry Parts" Guarantee **********************
Ultrafly has engineered the Outrage 3-D to take the rough
landings and unexpected mishaps that can happen to anyone. Ultrafly is so
confident in the quality and durability of the Outrage 3-D, they will
replace any Styrofoam part of the plane that is damaged in
the first three months you own the plane.

Interesting.....

Yeah, let us know how it works out for you.

I dont know how they could do this. Sooner or later they are going to get some newbie that crashes every time he takes off. They might as well send him a crate of fuselages and wings now and save themselves the postage.

Has anyone managed to get one of those planes under 7oz? I really like the design, but I mainly fly indoors and heavy planes dont work too well.

I can tell you this so far. I sent the whole plane in (because the crash I had pretty much thrashed the whole airframe) Monday on UPS. Today is Wednesday and they sent an email to me saying that they had the plane. Now I wait to see what happens next. At least this company is good enough to let you know what's going on!!! I think everything will turn out well. I will keep you guys posted. The plane flew great and weighed about 10oz. They are good planes. A little lacking in the instruction department but if you have built a plane or two you'll be fine. Oh, and that Ultrafly B/06/10 outrunner for them has so far proven itself to be a very light, powerful, and reliable powerplant. If you need a good durable little outrunner, this is it!!!

So how did the warranty work out? How long did it take to get new parts and what did you have to do/spend to get it done? This plane looks like just the ticket to learn 3D.
