saito 125 exhaust troubles. what options are avail? flex pipe w/pressure tap? if so where can you purchase? seems stock set up is a little heavy and causing failures of the threads on the cylinder head, thats considerable weight hanging out there. i purchased a new head from saito but dont trust that w/stock pipe and muff it wont break again. someone HELP. thanks ricky.

The exhaust systems intended for the Y-S 110 will fit the Saito 125. Check with Central Hobbies

tower hobbies masterairscrew 15x4, nylon, 4 stroke. they also work well on 2 stroke engines. i use a 12x4 on my os 46ax, cheaper than the apc 12.25x3.75. i was going thru them like candy, needed to saves some $'s.

I'm looking for some info on how to change the bearings and then set the timing on my Saito 91. Is there a how to thread somewhere?

http://www.rc-bearings.com/

Across the top banner there is a section entitled "bearing install"

With the engine at top dead center the dot on the front of the cam goes straight down

The little ends of the push rods goes towards the rocker arms

Set the Valves .002" to .004"

"BLW" keeps up with the Saito member numbers

When you find out what it is, put it in your signature so you will always have it. To put it in your signature you will have to go to your personal file.

If it goes up, it will also come back down. Hopefully in a controlled manner.
