Does anyone have any experience with any of the Jett engineering engines, or experience with the company?
I am considering purchasing their 1.20 size engine, but would like to have some feedback first.
Thanks, Robert.

I do not own a Jett 1.20 but I do have a Sport Jett .46 and .50. After running both of these engines very hard for some time now I am convinced you can not buy a better engine any where. They are easy to start and adjust and power for their size is well beyond their competition. My one experience with service is very good. The turn around time is quick and the price was reasonable.

You pay a little more for a Jett but it is well worth it in my opinion. I use mine for speed so high rpm and a little too lean at times is not uncommon. They have taken the abuse and keep running great. One thing that I have noticed is that any claims on their web site seems to be fact. Check out my web site with videos of my Jett's in action.

Mike,
Appreciate the reply. At 27 oz and swinging an APC 16 x8 at 9500 I think the Jett 1.20 is just the thing for my new Aeroworks 60/90 Edge 540T. As best I can tell it is going to come in at about 8 lbs 6 oz. My Saito 100 will hover it, but not give the explosive acceleration out of a hover I like to have.

I tried your link, but it didn't work. I even copied and pasted it into my browser window.

Thanks, Robert.

Robert,

I installed some new equipment on our server the other day and had some setting wrong. The web site should work now.

My two Jett engines performed as well or better then advertised and I suspect yours will too. It is not uncommon for Dub Jett to answer the phone if you call down there and questions or problems are taken care of quick.

Mike

I have just broken in a Jett 50 and it appears to be awesome. I have traded e-mail with Dub with some questions and he is really a nice and knowledgeable guy. I would not hesitate purchasing another Jett engine. I intend on purchasing one of his in cowl mufflers for my extra. If I did not already have an engine for this project I would be buying a Jett.
