The GT-R has a 2.6L twin turbo (RB26DETT). Its a 6 cylinder aswell. And they all come with a 5 speed manual except for the R34 which is the black one pictured which has a 6 speed. They are 4wd, but the computer sorts stuff out and are RWD most of the time.

The GTS-T version is like a sports version and has a 2.5L single turbo (RB25DET) and is a 6cylinder. Its RWD, but if you get a GTS-4 its four wheel drive but with the 2.5L. And the earlier model R32 GTS-T only came with a 2.0 single turbo (RB20DET).

There are also 4 door variations and so on, but the GT-R's are the best. If you import them from japan they cost very little, especially the R32 which is the blue one pictured..

I lived in Japan and only realized then after looking at this thread twice that its in Korea. It looks really similar. My dad told me 99% of the cars in Korea are Korean. So seeing them would be rare, am i wrong?

No, your not wrong. It also depends on where you are at. I have see more exotics up in Seoul than down by where I live. Koreans still hold a big grudge to what the japanense people did to them. You are more likely to see some sort of benz or bimmer than a japanese car running around. Those pics were most likely taken down south in Taugu more than anywhere else. It seems that that's where you find more skylines than anywhere else. There's a R32 4-door that runs around my post. The owner used to work in Japan, and when they were transfrered, they brought it with them.

The cost of importing a Skyline to the US is what keeps a lot more people from doing it.

Nissan never produced a Skyline GT-R to comply with the United States standards.

I believe only one place can make the modifications necessary to make it comply. Motorex.

Skylines can be had fairly reasonably if you want one, check ebay, just across the border from me (10min) is a skyline shop, last time I was there, there was around 10 or 11 in there, neat cars, seen a few at the drag strip and they are not made for that, they were slow.

Skyline's aren't illegal in Canada. Canada has a rule, where if the car is atleast 15 years old, it can be brought in. That's why everytime I go drive around Toronto and Markham, I always see atleast two R32s. If I'm lucky, I see three. I see that we mostly have GTRs around our area, as I've only seen GTRs. I've only seen one GTS-T though. Beautiful cars. I think if I finally get a job, or win the lottery, I'll get an R32 GTR in dark green

When I was in Grand Cayman I saw two, they are suprisingly large cars but when I see them the hair on the back of my neck stands up.
