Has anyone done or seen this done (successfully) with BVM .91 and Viofan/Viojett in a Ziroli Panther. I talked with Nick Ziroli and he doesn't recall ever seeing it or hearing about it, so I thought I would try the "masses"

TIA
George

Hi George,

I know Mike Lesher had one years ago in Navy Blue color powered by a BVM .82/Viojet. The test pilot was Bob Fiorenze. Spectacular plane and flight! I think I have a video of it. It was put out by Telstar Video but can't remember which event

Next time you are up this way, I can dig it up

Thanks - Adil

Hey George,

Thinking about doing a Panther? I've not seen one with DF power at all, but I got a lot of responces when I asked about one with turbine power. I always wondered how that plane did with a fan. I forget from the plans which one Ziroli used?

He used an OS 91 & Dynamax.

"Thinking about doing a Panther?"

Yeah, I'm thinking about it, but my wife isn't I want to maybe convert it to T-power later next year. Gotta give it another shot

Cool! I'm coming along on mine:

The stab is actually finished and glassed. The wings are framed up and almost ready for sheeting. Then its on the fuse! Maybe it will be going by next year, but more than likely, Spring of 2004.

That reminds me, I need to take the digital camera home to take some photos of the recent progress for the web site.
