Status: offline 		The stock motor is a good, brushed motor. I keep reminding guys that it does put out a decent amount of speed. It works well in most conditions. The biggest draw back is it's relativly short life span. But, the price is attractive.

After that, the Raptor is one of the best, followed by the Mini-Max. The Raptor I will preach about because i've tried it and been made a believer. It is getting a redesign that should make it faster, but at the same time re-buildable like the Mini-Max. The Mini-Max I have not tried, but heard many, good comments about.

For around $12-$18, you could get yourself an affordable Graupner 300. This I have also used, and it's still in my RC18 after over 9 months of use in my RC18 . A noticable difference in speed over the stocker and it will last longer.

Status: offline 		If i'm going to run a brushed motor in any of my mini's its gonna be a graupner 300. they are cheap, hella durable. and can keep up w/ most others. They are they way to go if you ask me
