Joel and Joe, Thanks guys. Yea, the racing was good and the track seems to get better with every run. Groove taking shape and holding water pretty well at this point. Turn out was enough to get all classes run, but hope to draw more people as we go. Congrats Joel, it sounds like y'all had a great day as well. How many mains did you run? How many per main?Do you guys run top 1 or 2 bump up?

we need to talk to G to post the next race. hope to draw more people too. this race will be fun because you have to really drive his track. but thats what make it because it makes for some good racing.

Yesterday we had 12 racers -- one of our bigger turnouts. We had 3 mains! We usually run 2 qualifiers and have one bump-up. Top 4 times to the A, second 4 to the B etc...

We could probably run 3 qualifiers but usually someone has a problem and needs some extra time for repairs - which keeps it all friendly. Plus when racing at Scott's and with the hot weather, he usually waters the track to keep the dust down to a minimum - keeps the neighbors happier and this takes up some time as well - but worth the effort.

Working man, Oct 2. 3:00-3:30,4:00pm. I'm on 1st. shift that week.So if I have to work I'll get off at 3:00 .I asked for It off. It's kind of ifey. But postive !! Sunday was a blast man . Thangs ran so smooth. I gott to get my 1/10 up and running. Can't get a motor to mount right .

Looks like my next two weekends are full. I go to a VRPS conference this weekend and I scored some tickets to the Seahawks/Redskins game next weekend. I will race again SOMEDAY......
