Its out of my Picco 27! I was looking at another .21 at my local shop and they were almost identical in size (was still in the engine).

It says:

Swiss Made 607 WIB

Any ideas what the size is, or where to get one?

The number 607 (I don't know what size it is) is what you should remember. Those numbers are the same between different brands. You can go to SKF and say that you need a 607 bearing. There are also different tolerances. For engines I ahve always used the C3 tolerance number (if I remember correctly). C3 means slightly looser tolerances which will work good for higher temp/high rpm applications.

is it the front or the rear?

accoring to www.bocabearing.com the picco .27 uses a 19x7x6 mm front bearing and a 14x25.4x6 mm bearing in the rear...

those are the sizes...

what was the other engine?

also, it might be cheaper to just buy the bearing here:
