Since many R/C manufacturers got there start in the slot car hobby(Trinity is one that I know of for a fact), who here is into racing or collecting them? I'm one of them. I've got 9 cars, and I race every one of them. You can view my collection here. Who else? And let's see your collection to.

I purchased a dragster not that long ago but it is only clocking at 36 mph--one of the locals has one pushing 45 mph. I also have a few Fly and Carrera slot cars that I don't use and a few I ripped up to use the bodies on Kyosho Mini-Zs.

Here is a photo of my Ferrari 512S Coda Lunga "Duque de Veragua - Solera Gran Reserva - Brandy de Jerez [Espana]" which remains in its cork lined and covered box.

Here are a few I converted from slot car to Kyosho Mini-Z.

What kind of Mini-Z chassis are you using? That SISU would be sweet. How about some more pics of it(maybe one that shows a bit more of the side)? That Porsche is pretty sweet to. Have you tried going the other way with them by putting Mini-Z bodies on slot cars? It would definitely make a few one-off cars. Anyway, nice collection.

I'm using Kyosho Mini-Z-MR02mm chassis's with the Enzo front body mount clip. This allows me to simply swap out bodies without any other modification though the Corvette requires me to extend the h-plate. I could have used a shorter front body mount clip on the Euro Truck in order to avoiding cutting the front wheel wells farther back, but I wanted to keep the Enzo setup since at "that time" I didn't own as many MR02s. A few of the other locals also used shorter front body mount clips, but mine appears to run better which I believe may be because the cab is more centered over the wheels. No Z bodies on slot cars--too heavy for racing. Regarding the three #3s in the one photo: the smaller one also has an MR02 chassis, the medium size is a CP F1 Conversion Kit (using Kyosho Mini-Z-F1 Chassis), and the larger one is a WCM 1/4 scale. CP has since come out with a kit for the MR02 though mine was first. A few others also started using Euro Truck bodies as well. For a lot more Z photos than what are in my RCU Gallery, you can also visit Gallery TNB at MZR: http://www.minizracer.com/gallery/TNB
