Status: offline 		As I mentioned in another post, I am currently working on a vintage ShoeString Quarter Midget. I bought the kit from a friend who has a storage unit full of vintage kits. The kit appears to be from around the mid seventies and was designed by Fred Reese. I have a Cox Conquest for it, but I will most likely use a muffled modern BB ABC Schneurle ported mill with an RC Carb. I plan to use the little plane as a Open class pylon racer and for fun.

I was wondering if anyone else was flying a vintage pylon racer such as an old F1 or early Q500 (like a spickler quickie or gyro)?
I don't know that there would ever be enough interest to make it a class of its own, but it would be kinda neat to have several at an open class or runwhatchabrung race.
