Hi Ron

The trick to launching the Cyclone is to hold it in your right hand .Hold it on the wing just next to the rudder .Toss it lightly and advance the throttle to about 50 or 60 % .DO NOT give it more throttle or it will turn over and go right into a torque roll.

They fly great but they are a little differant.I can easily do figure 8s in my den or living room .

I think the instructions that are included tell you all this.

This is a great indoor airplane.Let us know how you are makeing out with it.

Ron, I've started fiddling with the rolling fury. So far I have spaced the buttons so that I have ele in turns.

Has anyone seen a turn w/o throttle mod for this plane?

Tim

I don't have one TR sorry. Unless it is the bigger version of the havoc, which was called the gyrotor.

Here is my next micro. A cherokee. http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/airplanes/index.php?part_num=10751

In my opinion, good only as a source of parts for other projects.

Re the Cherokee, I hVE ONE ON ORDER FOR INDOOR SEASON (oops) I'm in the great white north where daylight and warmth get kinda scarce about now.

Ron, that CX Micro is possibly the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life. Yesterday at the hobby shop they had one out, not flying, just sitting on the counter. You can't possibly appreciate how tiny that thing is until you see it in person. It's like a Picco Z on steroids...

TR, I'm in a similar boat as you with the 'cold and dark' thing but does that hinder my flying? Hahahaha of course it doesn't

Quick question: Why don't the RF and AA tx's work with each other's planes? I want to fly my Aero Ace with my Rolling Fury tx but - surprise - they don't seem to be compatible. I know someone has the answer out there and is there any way to make them work together? Probably not but worth asking.....

TP, they are separate frequencies. The rf is on 27.145-0702 and the aces are on 27.1450502. I'm assuming the last 4 digits indicate the digital encryption.

Tim did you get to see the vid?
I'll probably get the mCX when I see it. I have a CX2 A CP Pro and the 400. The tiny one would be cool during a cool winter inside. Ron
