Well i'll be damned, how the hell can someone post over 3000 times on a board that deals with rc buggies and not even have one.

Perhaps, because there is a whole another RC world out there besides just buggies.

Holy crap, I think I found it:
http://www.horizonhobby.com/Shop/ByCategory/Product/Default.aspx?ProdID=SWK3040

You may want to call and find out if this is really it, but I do believe it is in the plastic bag in the back

EDIT: according to page 31 of the Mayhem manual link you posted, this has the "Upper Shock Eyelet" which may be the other turn for the standoff. I may be completely wrong but I think this might be it.

EDIt2: This IS it. I can now understand what the (73)(75) means. The 73 refers to the Front Shock kit at page 30, right side. The 75 refers to the Molded parts on page 31, right side again. Sportwerks item # SWK3040. The Horizon link above includes your part, good luck with your buggy!

thanks raddick and haulin' for the help. i greatly appreciate that there are people on this forum that actually help others out, and not post bs.

After 3 pages and countless pictures you don't know what he's looking for?

He was looking for the standoff or as Sportwerks calls it, "Upper Shock eyelet"

Leave the BS to AoL chatrooms. As to those who bashed maniac for giving "bad advise" in other threads, at least the guy tries to help out instead of bashing everyone.

so this thing (in pic below with arrows pointing towards it) is an upper shock eyelet?

weird name. and i hope you know i'm talking about the black thing that goes through the blue aluminum shock cap.

not the silver things in the black thing, the black thing with the silver thing going through the middle. on top of course.

looks like the thing i drew in paint. and that thing goes through the blue aluminum shock cap.

Yup, even if you are slightly doubtful that the link I posted doesn't have it, heres a quick explanation of the 73 and 75 numbers on the manual.

The 73 refers to "Front Shock Set" in the manual on page 30 (right side) and 75 refers to "Shock Molded Parts" on page 31 (right side.) The numbers next to the parts in page 16 simply refers to which replacement part bags include that certain part. Therefore, the (73)(75) next to the part means it's included in Bag 73 and Bag 75. Sportwerks product number for #75 is listed as SWK3040, search SWK3040 on horizon and thats what you get.
