HAHAHA! I've been out of school for 35 years, my son just graduated in June (I started Fatherhood late in life). Stay in school and get that diploma, you won't regret it later. My son can't find a job with his yet and we've been through a lot of resources.
Don't laugh at me thinking that I don't know what's up in the schools, as they really haven't changed that much. We had drug problems, bomb scares, wannabe baddies and everything else that you think that only happens in your generation.
If it gives you relief, I've seen the Jocks end up with loser jobs, the Cheerleaders get big butts and some of the girls that you wouldn't give a second look at in school turn out to be major babes. If you think that school is bad, it's no picnic out here in the working world.

I have no problem finding jobs, I work at Holdens Monsanto seeds in the summer. I stand in a cornfield for 9 hours a day in 95 degree heat! I'm stupid. It's a pretty good job for a 14 year old.

P.S.- Our cheer leaders are already fat!

You are lucky, there is no jobs here for 14 year olds, but 15 year olds can work at the grocery store.

I use to cut grass for $20 an hour. Each yard was worth $20-$30. I would cut between 2 and 4 yards a day. It felt good to be my own boss and self employed.

Then I worked for a neighbor delivering phonebooks for $10 an hour.

I am in 10th grade. My school in vegas has about a 1000 kids or so. Most of the ninth graders think the are all big and bad. A couple of friends and me most of the tenth graders fixed that though. Other then that or school has like a 100 goths I dotn care as long as the dont say anything to me.

I would take a job offer at my LHS. I wouldn't mind for one of my parents to drop me off at work. Besides, only one more year until I save up enough money to but my own car.

How did you get a job offer? They like your knowledge of RC's? The manager is a close friend of yours?
