For me,
I want it to go with my Full size LST and it Looks Like I could drive it in the Dirt.
I have a RC18T with a Mamba 6800 and its Great for the Street,But it kinda sucks for Dirt, ( I know some guys drive them in the Dirt,But it has to be nice and smooth)
Plus I can take the Mini LST Any & Everywhere,Not so easy to do with the Nitro LST.

it can probably even do grass with a AON and a 3 cell li-po.

of course it will do grass. my mini-t does grass with stock bald tyres and a beast raptor. i think that there will be mainly two types of people who get the MLST.

A) bashers. the large wheels, oil shocks and monster truck looks appeal to the bashers.
B) the LST owners who just want a little bro for there LST.

me, i fall into the first category.

Yeah I'm all for Mini's in the winter time cause electrics run better than nitros in the winter. I'm gettin one to race on the small track we created in our yard. That is he great thing about these or any other mini's are the cool tracks you can create in your yard or on a dirt field or just about anywhere. Does anyone have any experience with those AON motors. Out of all the forums not many are mentioned in MINI's.

I want this for quite a few reasons.

1. A son for the Big LST in my garage

2. Something that will handle the rough ground I take my full size LST on, the Mini-T and Xray M18T just dont cut it out there, I can raise them up to cope but then they dont handle so well.

3. It's a proper little monster truck, the Xray Mini-t etc are stadium trucks IMO.
I have a stadium truck for racing now I will have a MT for bashing and jumping

4. I got's to have it, It's a new 1/18th

5. It's not a duratrax

6. It's Furkin COOL!

I can't wait to get hold of one so I can start adding bling and outlandish running gear to make it into the ultimate micro basher truck

that was the biggest sentenct with the worst spelling and grammar i have ever read...well done

the reason no other mini ever got this much pre-release attention is because once again, Losi has actually whipped there R&D into a frenzy and they have come out with something that people have wanted since they first got the Mini-t in there grubby little hands. the people wanted more ground clearance...the people are getting the biggest stock tyres on a mini. the people wanted oil shocks...they are getting SUPERSIZED oil shock. the people wanted hobby grade elecs...the people got FM synthezised radio and dual motor ESC's.

...and then you look at associated's "new" trucks/buggys....

yeh, and once associated get back on there feet from seeing the MLST, HOPEFULLY there R&D can come up with something to compete with team losi latest offering. MMGT sounds good...what about you guys?
also, hopefully traxxas has taken notice of the MLST and we may soon see mini revo.

Maybe, but Traxxas is doing quite well with the sales of the 1/10 stadiums, and the MT's

yes, i know. they pretty much have the basher niche cornered. i just think that if they could bring the REVOloutinary(pun intended...just realised that probably where they got the name from) technology that the revo has to 1/18 they would make a killing. put in a 540 motor with room for standard stick packs and i think they would be top dog.

SAO,
Don't you have a mission to complete? Since you are the only one to have touched one and know of a LHS that had one. The CAPT gave you strict orders to aquire that MLST (by any means possible. IE steal it, Buy it, borrow it) and bring it back to headquarters for further inspection!!! No get to it soldier!!!
