Status: offline 		I orderd the laser 6 ch FM Hs 322 servos wensday and received it today to find out the reciever battery was missing from towers hobbys called them they said call your support number 858-748-6948 and they would take care of the missing battery so i called them and stayed on the phone for 2 hours and NO one came back on to answer my question about the missing battery
so i hong up and redialed and it said your office was closed man grrrrrrrrrrrrr what service now what am i going to do sent back the radio to tower what a day

Status: offline 		Sorry for your problems... Things happen. However I'd suggest Tower is passing the buck.

Try again on Monday. Your experience is most definatley not the norm.
