Status: offline 		I'm working on a video of Bomber Field's big bird to show at our club meeting and finally have it reduced to only an hour. But I'm having a bad time with the transition effects. I did a lot of clip spliting and shaving to get rid of the useless scenes and rearranged them into a logical order. Now at the transitions the first scene of the first clip is in all the transitions in the whole video. Deleting them and re-entering them doesnt do any good. Is it because I rearranged things so much? Or the way I edited?

On the same note, I'm finally gonna get some software that does it all instead of using various different programs to capture, edit then burn. This is just rediculous. I have a sony TRV250 (I think) with firewire for capture. I also like windows capability to split the video automajically into the individual clips that I did on tape, but it doesnt do dvd. OR I do 10 minutes at a time and manually break it up using the Roxio 6 editor. But I have to capture it with the sony s/w first. Or am I doing this all the hard way!

Status: offline 		Well with a Mac it would split it into clips and put it to a DVD with a title - automatically if you wanted All within iMovie

I have 2 Windows machines but still do all my editing on a 4 year old mac with the latest software.
