Has anyone attempted to install 6mm. paintball guns or rubber pellet guns on their 100" warbirds? I was thinking of something along the lines of a small paint ball for marking purposes. I'd like my Ziroli Mustang to be scale like in features and unique in style and realism. I’ve heard of a special tank designed by a guy named Tokyo Mari that shoots rubber pellets from its turret. More info can be found here: http://www.dansdata.com/mtank.htm however I cannot find the parts that are used in this tank on the web. Are their any ideas to make such a gun work in such a small and space-limited area? Thanks, Wade

Holy smokes I know this is an old post but the idea seemed so good I felt I should add my 2 cents anyways. Hope somebody see this. Depending on the size of your plane you could try what the r/c warships use (not sure if you've seen this but it's these boats that shot real bb's at each other and try to sink the other) if you do a little searching you can find alot of info on how to build the guns. But I know they use cO2. You could start here for some info http://www.modelwarshipcombat.com/
good luck

In a recent magazine (can't remember which one but may be RCM&E) they showed a machine gun that fired blanks and was designed for RC planes. Not sure what size but may have been .22 blanks. Perhaps someone else may remember the article and chip in here. However, they were not cheap to operate, a short burst cost about $7. Now that I think about it, maybe the blanks were special made for it.
