First race in the points series today fellas. Lets discuss it here! Today was yet another good race day for me. I fought all day for the TQ, and finally took it in round 3 of qualifying. Very happy with that. Not necessarily the fact that i had TQ, but the speed i acquired with it. Looking at my average speed from round 1 to 3, i gained alot of speed. After grabbing TQ, i had a rough start in the A-main. Caught some traffic on the step up/step down, and that left me climbing positions.... Ugh... By the 7 or 8 minute mark, i had the lead. I grabbed a refuel at about 10 minutes, then shot back out to finish the race. I ended up winning the race with a 2 lap lead. The GS rod ends held strong on the TNX Pro, and i started off the season with a strong win. Lets hope i can pull this off again next weekend. Althought i know there will be even more truggies there...

For those that missed it, you missed a good race!!! Today was a blast. Waaaaay too much smoke in there, but it was fun.

Great race day - TNX looked STRONGGG!

I of course had some good quals, and strated the main well. I knew before the race started I was gonna have trouble, I head my motor revin' and I could tell my slipper was slippin'. I basically ran outta fuel after about 4-5 LOL, and I didnt even bother refueling - I knew it wasnt worth it. After later inspection I realized I was mising a slipper pad all together - but that coulda been some driving I did after the race. Also - bent my new lovely Lunshford rear turnbuckle - real tough!!!

Good race day - Coulda been good but oh well, all in good fun right!?

Elite you looked good out there all day. That sucks you had the bad luck in the main. And the lunsford? Well.... They got warranty for that. Call em up and complain.

Java buddy, where were ya today? What did i tell ya about missing racing?!!!

Anyway, Java... You gotta try the new layout, its fast and fun! You still can get in on the points races. I believe they said it was the best 4 out of 6 races. With the prize being given in store credit.

Yup best 4 of 6 races is the points for this time.

I had a horrible day (a Matt day if you will). First and second quals had the Revo out, 1st had me plagued with a weird over-rich for no clear reason, had to pull it and rev it then it was all fine...ODD. Next was the wonderful 2nd qualifier and traffic got me, my fault too much time trying to go fast and ending up next to slow. Final qual was with the ST and it was great until the breaks messed up, fronts were locking off throttle and no rear brakes at all. Looks like the stock brake linkage collars slipped and the worst part the 5625 servo is kinda making some not happy noises.

I got 3rd qualifier behind Matt and Eric. Basically stayed there the whole race, though the "TRAFFIC" Matt got stuck in on the first lap was him hitting me! No worries we run close alot, its bound to happen. SandAr went out early meaning the competition was between Matt, Eric and me. I ran out of fuel at about 13 minutes, not sure if Brett filled me up enough on the pit stop...luckily it fired up fast and well 3rd isn't so bad I guess.

Next week looking to hang better in the qualifiers and have more fuel for the main! Oh yeah and the Mammoth should be running if i sort out the servo and weird brake problem....290cc of pure fuel domination!

Hats off to Matt and the TNX, he drives it very well...there are ways to slow him way down, but in a light traffic area he can wheel that TNX well.

They'll be open tomorrow at 10am. I'll be there about 10:15-10:30. Gotta get my Revo tuned in case my TNX spur finally gives up on me. Its badly worn out.

Woohoo I TQ'ed and Won! Yay me!

Too bad for Matt being 2 trucks down and then his electric chance (SandAr's E-Zilla) dumped out! Eddie got started way late and SandAr was just out for a cruise.

Eddie, i have some crime fighters on proline offsets. I'll bring them with me next time for a test run. Im thinking about putting some on the TNX as well. Im actually going to do a total setup change on the Revo. We'll see how that works. Wont know anytime soon though. Looks like im ordering a carb nut for my .18TM, and still not sure that will fix this binding.
