This is my first attempt at painting RC car bodies, I kept the design simple to make it some what easier. It has turned out ok I think, there are few few bleed out marks where I haven't seated the masking tape properly but other than that I'm pretty happy with it. Just need to add some decals and it's ready to go.

Hey rusty. That still looks great. Black and red always go good with each other. Just remember to learn from your mistakes. I still get bleed outs from time to time. Keep up the great work cause I stil think your design and colors look great.

Spazstic chrome paint.

Will this wear off plastic easily? Don't you need polycarbonate paint?

Its for lexan paint, just spray it where you need it,then back it with black, then seal the entire body in when finished with paint sealer.

Thanks guys! I finished of the body today with the addition of a few decals. Just need to cut a hole in the windscreen for access to the fuel tank and some extra cooling air.

The next one I paint I was thinking of doing a window tint with one of the tamiya smoke colours! I got a little frustrated while masking this one out but after seeing the finished product it was all worth it! My wifes rustler needs a new lid so I'll be odering a clear shell for that and we'll see what we come up with for that one.

You got some mad flaming skills victory.
You're using a template for the basic shape of your flames then fill in/touch-up freehand, yes?
