Hahaha NO i didnt make any mistakes! I painted inside then used this  http://www.idealtruevalue.com/servlet/the-83530/Detail  on the outside!!  Ive been using for about a month now and nothing bad has happened and if anything i can just re-apply.

here the body for my slash....freehand drew and cutout the flames myself(****ty mask messed up in a few spots) used spazstix green/purple/teal on it, and its damn hard to get a good picture to show any other color then green....








and the blazer body I did for my tmaxx....



then the body I did to match my real truck (plain and simple)




and the other simple body on my drifter....

Hey guys, new to the forums, and new to Rc for that matter. I own a custom HSP Planet (Redcat racing). I used my busted rc shell that I broke within 5 minutes of owning the car (haha) as a mould to make a fibreglass shell..(to avoid smashing my shell over and over)
Did this with regular aerosole paint, might try using my airbrish for the next one..

some of you guys shells look amazing, keep up the good work


Edit: I now see you paint the shells from the inside, let's see how long mine lasts before it looks crappy haha
