I would buy a Savage or the Losi LST. There was a thread about them probably a week ago that had some good info in it. The LST needs upgraded control arms and the Savage25 or LTD needs a bigger engine. Also the LST comes with an awesome radio, which is why it costs more. Look around for that thread I mentioned and visit the LST section of the site to find out more about it. You cant go wong with either one.

I'm so glad I picked my Savage LE over the Revo, and to be honest, other than the radio I'm glad I chose it over the LST now that I've done some suspension mods and learned how to drive it. I've flipped that thing so many times that I'm amazed that it hasn't broken. I see all of those trucks plus a T-maxx run almost daily. I drive all of those trucks and their owners have all driven mine. We all would have Savages if we could go back in time. The Revo is very easy to drive and handles quite well, and the LST2 does both of those things even better. I outran the Revo today with my LE in a drag race, and for the first time, I took one off the line and held it the whole way instead of getting jumped hard and having to catch up. The Savage is great with some tweaking and it has the most solid foundation. The Revo is great though, don't get me wrong, but it has been the most troublesome of the group other than the T-maxx. The Savage has NOT broken once, the Maxx and the LST2 are currently down, and the Revo is still limping from when I ran head on into him the other day. Read the post "First kill" in this forum for an explanation on that one.

I am knida new to the world of MT's but I got a Savage SS with just a stock 3.5 in it and I enjoy it alot.. Before I bought it I did some shopping around and parts for the Savage were way cheaper then that of the Revo and seem like there is alot more support for help with the Savage over the Revo.. I am looking very forward to summer up here with my Savage.. Bashing in the snow gets rather dull fast. Then again I need MT tires, I have Proline racers on now and she mostly spins. But hey I still enjoy it.. And the best thing is its way LOUD!!!!
