Strange behavior for a company whose web site states "Do understand even though we work many more hours then other companies, we aren't always around 24 hours a day and 7 days a week." If they work more hours it must be in your time zone. I will be patient as you suggest, unless I find another product and vendor who has an equivalent/better product. Recently found the LADO products which look interesting. Thanks again for the quick response.
