Great Planes did this same "servo strategy" on their Ultimate. Goldberg has done the same thing on their 77" Yak. I think the ARF makers are wanting us to re-kit the airplanes by suggesting that we employ more servos with lower torque to consume battery power faster, add complexity and failure points/modes, and permit the shoestring flyer to be able to say he "had" one of the Giant Scale Yaks.... Seriously - using MULTIPLE servos, particularly of lower torque value, just doesn't make ANY sense to me at all. I would use the Hitec 5945's, if you can get them. Plenty of torque, coreless, digital, very precise. Or buy the JR equivalent (8411's or 8611's) or the Futaba equivalents (have NO clue, as I don't use brand F). Definitely - MANY people share this simple "rule of thumb"....Your servos should cost about as much as the bare airframe. Or put another way - buy the BEST that you can afford, just like you pay for your airborne battery, and your Rx.... those are three areas where it just is NOT smart in the long run to "go cheap"
