ooops! i wonder why that one piece EM wouldn't fit. aren't they design to fit for the 777SP2? i'm suppose to buy that one piece. maybe it's for an SP1!

He is asking what mounts should be used on the engine that then bolts on to the one piece mount shown in the picture.

:-) i admit i felt sleepy, i'm not fit to answer anyone at the moment . i also thought that one piece engine mount replaces the two pieces engine mount so it's just the two piece EM between the chassy and the engine. and that's why i didn't bother to look back at the photo again. sorry boy. wrong perspective.

It's a shimming issue. Those never break (at least for me) unless the mesh is way too tight or loose.

i'll dismantle the whole internal assembly and re asemble back to check piece by piece which one is missing. most likely it's the SHIM alright. or maybe some foreign material inside.

You have to check how many shims you need. It's not the shims inside the diff (you need one for each spider gear there) it's the shims between the case and the diff housing by the main bearings. There should be some play between the gear on the diff and the incoming bevel gear but not too much.
It's different for every car.
