I have a stock Zagi that has a stock 400 motor and currently uses an 8cell NiMh Battery pack.
My question is if I could use a 3cell LiPo battery pack with an approproate controller?
Just curious if anyone has tried it and also if anyone has any input or feedback on doing this.

Thanks much,
Ryan

sure.....but it WILL burn out the motor quickly.... by the time you replace it a few times, you could have bought a shiny new Mega 1615/4 brushless motor!

My ZAGI TAZZ with 3S is a lot of fun ... the Mega 3 turn will be total mayhem! You will need batteries that can give you >25A!
