Whats a good IMAC plane for the MVVS 58? Doesn't have to be a ARF, but no composites please.

Aviation Models (formerly TOC1) 30% Yak 54. www.toc1.com Pretty much any 28-30% aerobat would be fine...

I thought really long and hard about getting this engine. I did come to the conclusion that guys are getting real goodperformance out of the DA5027% combo. This makes me think I would use this motor in 30 and lightweight 33% class machine. If you go to the mvvs canada websit there is some good video with guys flying 23+ pound airplanes with this motor. I think that yak would be awesome for this motor, there is also the new generation lanier 30percenters that look good too. Columbo Anderson has a 31% extra kit wich could be awesome too.

1 guy on this site is getting 6000 on a 26-10.

I already have a WH Extra 300, and a KMP Yak 54. I'm looking for something a little different in the 90"+ wing span, and light weight. Lanier kits aren't know for their lightness.

I have a buddy that has a 31% ARF that was factory built that I am sure he would part with. It is still NIB if you are interested. Also the H9 Extra330 or Edge work well. I think the 58 is to much for the TOC 30%. I built one for a buddy with a BME 44 and it is a good flier I think the 58 would be crazy.
