glock: the 4 in 1 is the 'control unit' attached at the front of your lama. It's 4 in 1 cause it has: 2 speed controller, gyro and reciver.

It is better to run an antenna tube. For me, I wrapped it around the skid but it is not a recommended way. The worse way is keeping it inside the canopy.

Feel the motors. The get hot, so just let them cool down. I don't think I ever fly mine for more than 6 or 7 minutes without letting the motors cool.

Thats it I give up...

I received my replacement LiPo for the lama2 yeterday. I purchased a charger locally as they "forgot" to send me the replacement esky charger. I charged the lipo with my new charger, installed it and tried to fly. The heli is doing exactly as it was before. It takes off fine, bit will not hold a hover for more than a few seconds before losing power and therfore altitude.

When the Lipo was low, i left it to cool a little then tried to charge it again. the second charge resulted in the bettery puffing slightly, so I guess this is now knackered. This is the result of over a month of posting and waiting, returning parts and waiting, only to be constantly disapointed.

I should have learnt my lesson with the dragonfly heli I purchased last year. Cheap pieces of chinese crap.

I actually don't have much problem with my motors, the only reason I let them cool is so I don't have to apply as much right on the throttle stick. my worry isn't the motors, but the battery itself, if this thing gets too hot, you've got a problem, once they start to swell they lose power exponentaly for each .1mm
